Bushcraft - Outdoor - Survival: In this video i show how to make a Dandelion Bushcraft Coffee. Dandelion if a very interesting plant, very robust und useful for many health application and also for cooking, there are a lot of delicious recipes. But also for survival situation because its easy to identify and the whole plant is edible. The Coffee out of the roots has a taste like malt coffee and i can only recommend to you to give it a try.
Recipe: clean the dandelion roots and cut them into small pieces, than you roast them until they have a nice dark brown color, the next step is to grind it to powder, put it in to boiling water for about 8 to 10 minutes (so the larger particle going down and you get rid of the bitter taste) so you create a very tasty kind of malt coffee
