A testament to a decade of excellence in design and craftsmanship, this limited edition knife pays homage to the iconic Casström No.10 Swedish Forest Knife. The No.10 was the first knife that Casström designed and it remains close to our hearts.
Crafted with our customary precision, the knife features a hand-finished oiled handle of 5000-year-old dark brown Bog Oak and is supremely comfortable to use with its unique curved, ergonomic form. The red liners have been specially selected to enhance the colouration of the dark handle - and it really pops we have to say!
The blade is crafted using premium A8 Mod steel that holds an edge well and is especially regarded for its toughness. The stable Scandi grind, along with the properties of the steel, make the knife robust, easy to sharpen, and ideal for carving wood.
A sturdy welted sheath in vegetable-tanned European leather completes this stylish package. The sheath has been hot waxed, which is a process where the sheath is dipped in a beeswax and neatsfoot oil bath, allowing the leather to absorb the mixture which makes the sheath more rigid in shape and resistant to anything the elements can throw at it!
