Sue and I were looking for a new electric pedal assist bike. We wanted something we both could ride and that would be easy to get on & off. We looked at about 10 different brands/models and decided on a BULLS BIKES USA Cross E Wave. It uses a Bosch based mid-drive motor / battery. It comes with integrated head/tail lights, shimano 8-speed, hydraulic disk brakes, quick release wheels, 500 watt/hr battery, bike rack, café lock/cable, etc.
We ended up getting it from Sleek eBikes in Tarrytown, NY. It was a bit of a drive, but Ed was very helpful.
The Bulls Cross E is a blast to ride, and it will allow us to ride further and enjoy it (without the aches/pains the next day :-O )
Now our only problem is determining who gets to ride it, and who gets to ride the older bikes ;-)
