Derided as obnoxious and weird, the Poughkeepsie, NY interchange, connecting US 9 and US 44, certainly looks like it has issues. However, I think it will work well in Cities Skylines 2 gameplay.
This is a tutorial , so I’m going to show you how to build it and give a few suggestions at the end when I might suggest you use it.
This is another vanilla tutorial build, so you don’t need any mods to build the interchange. I did however use a handful of mods at the end to decorate it once it’s finished to give it a rural setting.
