I'm going to breakdown how to create this interchange in Cities Skylines 2. It's based on the real life one in Carregado, Portugal. I'll guide you how to put the basic building blocks in place, how to connect it all up, and then how to detail it with mods to make it look as realistic as possible. Try building it yourself if you have traffic problems in your city.
