UM Construction Engineering Technology students and faculty continued work on the new Lombard road and bateau shelter. They moved and placed many more yards of gravel using a rented loader and Will's dump trailer and tractor. They drilled 18 holes in a troublesome rock and filled them with Dexpan expansive demolition grout. We hope the rock will be fractured soon. Students completed a new wall on the bateau shelter and made good progress on a new cedar shake roof. Byron did much needed repairs on our road into the museum.
