More progress on the Renobug! I build a custom straight through exhaust muffler/resonator for the 4 into 1 exhaust on the VW Beetle engine. With no perforated tubing available, I drill hundreds of holes in a piece of pipe to make my own. What a mission!
I measure the noise level without any sound absorbent material installed. Then I pack the muffler with glass fibers, start the engine one more and measure the dB noise level again to see if it made any difference. Very interesting little experiment, you don't want to miss it!😎
