When I built my original 60" jackstands, they worked fairly well, but there was one big problem: the bottle jack didn’t have enough travel to take up all the suspension travel on our sprayer, so I still couldn’t get the wheel off the ground. So this time, I came up with a totally “completely original” idea, using truck trailer landing gear as the lifting mechanism. In this video, I redesign the stands from the ground up, build a much better version, and put them to work for the first time under our farm's big sprayer.
