In this demo we show how to turn a research notebook and microservices into a runnable, scalable workflow using a local n8n no-code environment integrated with local LLMs. You’ll see the three core parts glued together: email triggers feed the workflow, LLMs (local or via OpenAI APIs in the notebook) extract and filter the request, a custom microservice runs project-specific logic, and a letter-generation agent drafts the reply for review. The workflow highlights how no-code blocks, external service triggers, and handcrafted code can coexist so you can prototype fast and then scale with code when needed.
