It's time to start building a new hut. The previous two huts were built of adobe bricks but for this new one I will use a variety of materials found in this immediate area. One of the materials is wood. For that I will need stone tools capable of chopping and cutting tree branches to build the hut. A stone axe head attached to a strong wooden handle is a great tool but takes some time to make and is difficult to use in densely wooded areas. The handleless stone axe is actually very effective and can be made very quickly. I collected several different kinds of rocks. Let me know what you think of the various materials I found.

This is the fifth installment of a new series exploring this topic of "New Beginnings".
