This time I'll fill you in on why I use foam insulation boards atop my plywood baseboard and discuss the adhesive I use. Then I'll lay the foam. After that we'll get out the track plan and have a go at transferring it to the foam subroadbed. Although pretty straightforward it can take a few minutes to do it since you have to make some pretty accurate measurements and draw a bunch of lines, which is why this video is a bit longer than usual.
