I own a five tool Prusa XL, which is now working pretty well. For people though, this 3D printer is just too expensive. In this series, we are attempting to adapt a Stealthchanger toolchanger mod intended for the Voron 2.4, and adapt it to the Sovol SV08 Voron clone. In this episode, I outline the project, setup the SV08 and make the first changes to the interface and power supply.
This printer and the additional parts were received free of charge from Sovol for the purposes of making this series. This video is not intended as a review. I haven’t had the printer long enough to conduct exhaustive testing.
