In today’s video, we head out to Calasiao, Pangasinan to meet up with Jeremiah, the owner of JLC Builders, for a Week 6 progress update on a 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house build for an expat!
Even on a smaller lot, this project is making awesome progress. In this walkthrough, you'll see:
Concrete Hollow Block (CHB) wall construction
Perimeter wall progress
Roof framing and overall structural progress
Cost breakdown (~₱25,000 per sqm)
