✂️ Assembly Challenges: Parts shipped in a compact envelope required careful reconstruction, resembling a puzzle assembly process. Some parts were snapped into shape rather than precisely cut, leading to uneven edges.
🔧 Customization: Reinforcements with clear packing tape and colored tape were added for durability and aesthetics. Further modifications included carbon fiber tubing for structural stability.
⚡ Power Setup: The motor and electrical system include an ESC, battery strap, and various motors from an AliExpress "bargain bundle," showcasing affordability in parts selection.
🛠️ Building Techniques: The elevons, critical for control, were carefully hinged and angled. Calculations for the center of gravity (CG) ensured balance and effective flight dynamics.
🪁 Flight Test: Successful launch demonstrated impressive stability and performance, with the model capable of rolling, looping, and maintaining slow speeds without crashing.
