In this video, we show how to position the white ink intake tube above the bottom of the bottle, follow the correct pump and filter flow direction, and organize all six ink lines before connecting the system to the printer. Proper tube placement is especially important because settled white pigment can enter the ink system and contribute to clogged filters, dampers, or printhead channels.
This setup includes four color ink supply tubes, one white ink supply tube, one white ink return tube, and separate electrical connections for the white ink mixer and circulation pump. We also explain several important checks that can help prevent air leaks, restricted ink flow, cross-contamination, and white ink delivery problems.
