From 19-21 July, I will posting deconstruction videos that have the title *”Mr”.* in the song by the Hollies, the Byrds and Buffalo Spingfield. This is *part three.* I’m titling it, “Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young Mister Songs”
Recorded in Atlantic Studios, New York City, on 9 January 1967. Released as the B-side to “Bluebird” in June 1967 and also released on the album, “Buffalo Springfield Again” in October 1967. Song written by Neil Young.

I did not have a video planned for 31 January 2025, as I had a special planned for 3 February, but due to the recent passing of Marianne Faithfull, I felt that I should do a special deconstruction video as the song “Carrie Anne” was written by the Hollies and is about Marianne Faithfull. I had already done the studio master recording, so I deconstructed the 1968 Lewisham live version from the Clarke, Hicks & Nash Years compilation.

Recorded live at Lewisham Odeon Theatre, London, 24 May 1968. The studio master version was recorded on 1 May 1967 at EMI Studios. Released as a single on 26 May 1967, it reached number 3 in the UK Singles Chart and number 9 on the US Billboard Chart. Written by Allan Clarke, Graham Nash and Tony Hicks about Marianne Faithfull.
