Recorded at Columbia Studios, Hollywood on 20 January 1965. Released as the B-side to their debut single and Bob Dylan cover, “Mr. Tambourine Man” on 12 April 1965. The song was also released on their debut album with the same name on 21 June 1965. Song features Jim McGuinn on lead guitar backed with members of The Wrecking Crew. Song written by Gene Clark.
