|Peach Delight (9x13)|
Crust:
-2C. grahman crumbs
-½C. butter melted
-1/4C. sugar
Filling:
-8 oz. cream cheese
-1C. Powdered Sugar
-8 oz. CooL whip
-1 t. vanilla
Glaze:
-2c. water (divided)
-3T clear jell (rounded)
-1C. Sugar
-1T. Lemon Juice
-2-3T. Lemon or peach jello
-1 quart of fresh diced peaches
Instructions (as they were given to me):
-Press... graham cracker crumb mixture (crumbs, butter & sugar) into 9x13 pan
-Combine... cream cheese & powdered sugar. Add cool whip & vanilla. Pour into pan on top of crust and chill while cutting up peaches.
-Bring... 1&1/2C. water to a boil, Add ½ c cold water to clear jell then add to Boiling water, cook until thickened.
-Remove... from heat + add sugar, lemon juice + jello, stir well.
-Dice... Peaches put on top of cream cheese mix.
-Pour... cooled glaze over top of peaches. Enjoy!
