Wednesday:
-Taco Salad
-Deviled Eggs
-Side Of Rice

Thursday:
-Baked Alfredo
-Peas
-Roasted Carrots

Friday:
-Chili in the crockpot with all the toppings

Saturday:
-Some type of skillet meal

Sunday (lunch):
-Roast Beef
-Mash Potatoes
-Salad

Meat Loaf:
-1 cup rolled oats blended
-2 lbs ground beef
-1 cup milk
-1 egg
-1.5 tsp salt
-1 small onion finely diced
-1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions: Mix all ingredients. Form into loaf in greased pan. Bake at 350F for 1.5 hours.
