They've earned the trust of some of Cincinnati Public Schools' most vulnerable students. Now, some social workers fear that trust will be lost after recent changes impacting students who are dealing with issues children should not have to face. Cincinnati Public Schools has four social workers dedicated to students learning English, known as ELL social workers.
