This appears to be a solid unit and should be up to the task of soldering connectors (not sure if I would weld with/on it). I'll use it every time I need to solder a bullet connector, esc or battery connector.

To hold wires for soldering, get yourself a "3 Hand" as I mentioned in the video.

Last but not least....
I started a Sticker Wall/Board whatever.... After I get things set up, I'll post a video.
