I’ve always seen THE BEST results growing my shoulders & traps with HIGH VOLUME & SUPERSETS. Now I know some of you are going to get upset with the “Behind The Neck Press & Upright Rows”. Well… I’m done babying the nay sayers.

They’re safe exercises, they work GREAT and more people destroy their shoulders on the BENCH PRESS than any of the exercises in this routine. If you feel any discomfort it’s because you’ve been neglecting your shoulder mobility and you’ve got some extra work to do!
