My Brushless Gearbox design is finished and free for all! I've open-sourced the design on my web store by listing it as pay-what-you-want. I'm including not only the gearbox housing but all parts in the assembly as well as my hub design! You can just drag-n-drop this into your own robot design. I've also posted a link to a full bill of materials on the store page alongside links to a 3D printing service you can use if you don't have the ability to print CF Nylon yourself.
This project was a fun challenge that led me to learn a lot more about the limitations of 3D printers and 3D printing materials. While it took me over a month to complete, many iterations, and weeks of trial and error, I think the end product speaks for itself and is definitely worth the effort!
