This is Fifth Avenue, Brooklyn's second program with Open Streets. We got to talk to Mark Caserta, head of the BID, and a few restaurant owners plus a few advocates who live in the area to share their thoughts on how much better the open streets make their neighborhood and how New York City needs to be doing more to fund, support and expand the initiative.
