This is on actual NG+5 and also works on NG+4. No HP Multiplier was used. Enemies get more HP and stats on every NG+ till NG+5.

Technically, not a one-shot. But considering Maelle will use one attack to defeat Clea Unleashed, I'm calling it a one-shot.

*BATTLE STRATEGY:*
Set your turn order to Maelle, Monoco and Sciel. To do so, remove everyone from your party except Maelle. Then add Monoco followed by Sciel. Make sure you have the exact same Pictos and Lumina as in the video and nothing else equipped.
Turn 1 Maelle - Use Ègide. This will allow Maelle to counter all of Clea's attacks, no matter who she targets in your party.
Turn 2 Maelle - Last Chance to enter Virtuouse Stance.
Turn 1 Monoco - Shoot for burn followed by Base Attack.
Turn 2 Monoco - Shoot for burn. Get a Blue Mark and use Bénisseur Mortar to double burns.
Turn 1 Sciel - Apply Fortune's Fury on Maelle.
Turn 2 Sciel - Skip turn.
Turns 1-3 Clea Unleashed - Parry all attacks. Maelle will counter and Clea will lose her invincible shield. Maelle will get stronger due to Empowering Parry.
Turn 3 Monoco - Use Gradient Level 3, Break Point to stun Clea Unleashed.
Turn 4 Monoco - Shoot as much as you can followed by Base Attack to max out the Gradient Bar.
Turn 3 Sciel - Intervention on Monoco.
Turn 5 Monoco - Shoot for burn. Get a Blue Mark and use Bénisseur Mortar to double burns.
Turn 6 Monoco - Apply Blue Mark and then skip.
Turn 3 Maelle - Use Burning Canvas to one-shot Clea Unleashed!
