This is it!! Cover 4 of 4 leading up to the release of my original song is finally here! And this last cover of probably the biggest overall influence on my own work (as well as an artist I've been wanting to cover again for a while), Citizen Soldier! Truthfully, this song has been on the chopping block for a while for me - I first heard it when they debuted it live at their LA show earlier this year, and from the second I heard that opening line, I knew it was going to become a cover on my channel at some point. It was only a matter of when ;) So what better time to release it now when my own song largely inspired by this band is about to come out?

While my song was not directly inspired by this song or any other one specific CS song (it was more of a composite of a bunch of different songs of theirs), I felt like this one best represents stylistically and even somewhat thematically what I was going for. Hopefully, that shows in the finished product!
