Hola people!! Haven't cooked this week since I haven't been home. I did have some enjoyable meals while I was away but there is just something about a home cooked meal 😂😂. So, today I am making a very quick and cheap rice dish that I've been making for a very long time (not often at all since college 😄). It's inexpensive but quite yummy in my opinion.
