X-Men '97 Season 2, Episode 5: "Weapon X, Lies, and DVDs" — Wolverine assembles Team X to shut down Weapon X. The helicopter's headed to the Arctic with Wolverine, Morph, Maverick, Lady Deathstrike, Sabretooth, and Garrison Kane. They're flying for like two minutes and suddenly mutated birds with green blood attack the chopper. Crash happens. Morph wakes up looking for survivors and finds Kane impaled on a tree. Dead. That's it. Kane lasted maybe 30 seconds on screen before getting killed off. The show said "here's this character you forgot about" and immediately takes him out. It's hilarious and brutal at the same time 💀

Kane literally got like 30 seconds of screen time before getting impaled on a tree 😭 They introduced him, gave him maybe two lines, and immediately killed him off.
