Hello everyone and welcome back to Britton's Hang Out Hour where we talk with interesting folks and shoot the breeze, today we have on Pete from Ponderings of Pete, a noted Booktuber and acolyte of the cult of Allenxandria. It turned out he was a really cool guy, and an engaging guest to talk with. We discussed many a subject while we were on this chat, including Disco Elysium, our mutual issues with manga, Malazan and why I should go read it, we argue about if Harry Potter or Percy Jackson is the superior YA fantasy series, his rather interesting history being trained by special forces (except for kids), the ever evolving debate about self-pub and trad pub and if there is a difference between the two, the troubling trend of sexual assault in fantasy, I share a funny story about Tori, and so much more!
