In May 2026, staff from across Trinity came together for an exciting workshop on how to bring our behavioural values to life. Colleagues shared ideas and worked collaboratively to explore practical ways to embed the values from Trinity’s Strategic Plan, Thrive, in our everyday work and lives at Trinity.
Our five behavioural values – Respecting & Caring, Being Nature Positive, Achieving Together, Always Imagining and Taking Responsibility – are key to the success of Thrive. Belonging, our Cultural North Star, connects them all, reflecting our commitment to a culture where everyone feels respected, included and valued.
