Finding Calm Together isn’t only an album. It’s something I’m bringing into rooms. 🎹💛
Saturday, I had the honor of bringing a 25-minute 5M Piano Sound Bath & Nervous System Reset to the Divine Wise Women Alliance 2nd Anniversary Celebration.
And one response I kept hearing afterward was:
“I really needed this.”
That means a lot to me.
I’m grateful to the Divine Wise Women Alliance for inviting me into a space created to support, celebrate and pour into women—and grateful for another opportunity to use music, breath, rest and nervous system support in community.
And this experience is continuing to grow.

💿 I’ve also officially launched the Finding Calm Together Founding Supporters Campaign to help bring the first 100 physical CDs into the world.
And 🎹 my 5M Piano Sound Bath & Nervous System Reset experiences are available for conferences, retreats, wellness events, organizations and community gatherings.
