I can't be the only one who loved these things? Del Taco may have done away with the Spicy Jack Quesadillas but luckily for us they are really easy to amke ourselves. You just need a BIG 12" Flour Tortilla, 3 slices of pepperjack cheese, some shredded chicken and a pan big enough to heat it in. Enjoy!
