The Jack Hutton and Friends concert was billed as a Farewell performance but instead turned out to be a joyous occasion that attracted a packed audience (just short of a sell-out) and ended with a lengthy standing ovation. Jack announced at the end that he now fully intends to be back at the historic Opera House. That got great applause and shouts of "Stay, stay!"
