BREAKING: P10.3 billion allocated for zero balance billing  @TheManilaTimes

The Department of Budget and Management has allocated P10.3 billion for the zero balance billing program. Under this program, patients from Department of Health or DOH hospitals pay nothing. All hospital costs will be covered by the government. Malacañang says the funding covers not only DOH hospitals, but also six pilot local government unit hospitals.
