BREAKING: Simeon Burke speaks out as he continues to be effectively blocked from practising in the Irish courts.
Evidence has emerged this week that Bar Council Chair, Mr Seán Guerin SC, has refused to engage with a member of the Law Library who has sought to assist Simeon Burke in establishing a pupillage arrangement.
Meanwhile, last Saturday, Mr Guerin SC delivered a speech at the Pre-Pride Party organised by “OUTLAW” – an organisation which exists to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion in the legal sector.
He was joined in speaking at that event by Attorney General Rossa Fanning SC, the keynote speaker, who in recent months has stripped Simeon’s brother Enoch Burke of his salary and assets in the sum of over €50,000 and increasing.
Simeon Burke is deeply concerned about apparent unfair and discriminatory treatment of his membership application.
