Hitachi Energy marked an important milestone with the groundbreaking of a new office and logistics building at its semiconductor site in Lenzburg, Switzerland.
Leaders including Dr. Rainer Käsmaier, Niklas Persson and Pascal Daleiden, alongside the Mayor of Lenzburg, celebrated the start of this next phase of growth — reinforcing the site’s key role in advancing power semiconductor technologies.
The project enables the further expansion of production capacities, supporting growing global demand. Power semiconductors, which form the foundation of modern power electronic systems such as HVDC and power quality solutions, are at the heart of enabling a more electrified and sustainable energy system.
