Partnering with local artisan Guteglass, we served up "The Clean Scoop"—artisanal gelato powered by the exact same fossil-free electricity the week is all about. By creating a space that invites people to linger, our glassbar turned casual stops into real dialogue, with partners and policymakers discussing grids and AI over gelato rather than across a conference table.
