Today I explore a family of drinks some of you may have recently become acquainted with--breakfast cocktails. First is the Irish Coffee, the crown jewel of the Buena Vista in San Francisco. This drink is traditionally made with Tullamore Dew, but I give this drink a boost by using Redbreast, a pot still whiskey. As simple as this drink is, I never get tired of it.
