Need help breaking down a cosplay? In this series we will be looking at different cosplays and how I would creak them down to do them (as if I was going to do them).

Maybe get a new idea of how to create something - and remember, there is no ONE way of making something in cosplay. It is OKAY for you to make something a different way to how I am talking about it. Today's character is one I've never heard of!
Also - I realised I forgot to say that the top skirt would need to have a line of top stitching between the skirt portion and the ruffle to secure it to the lining layer underneath (so that would be sewn once the skirt pieces were all together :))
