Bread Paneer Roll Recipe by Manjula

Mix all the filling ingredients: paneer, salt, cumin seeds, black pepper, ginger, cilantro, and green chill well, except for the milk. The mixture should be soft enough to spread on the bread; add hot milk as needed to achieve this consistency. Set aside.
Trim the edges of the bread slices and roll them thin with a rolling pin. Spread a thin layer of the filling mix over ¾ of each bread slice, then roll the slice into a cylinder, sealing the ends. If needed, brush the edges with water to help seal.
Lightly butter the rolls all around and grill them on a skillet over medium heat, turning them to ensure they brown evenly on all sides. Serve the rolls hot or at room temperature. They can also be sliced into two to three pieces each for serving.
