Temperature monitoring during the induction brazing of #aluminum.

1) We combine a round tube with a square tube using aluminiumring, which is melted by induction and thus the two parts are connected together.
2) We measure the maximum temperature in three points of the semi-circle, i.e. the visible half of the ring.
3) We monitor melting of aluminum during the induction soldering in an image from the camera.
4) On the chart, we monitor the progress of the temperature in time.
5) Maximum temperature at measuring points must not exceed the required maximum.
6) If the temperature of any measured points does not meet the requirements, #WorkswellThermoInspector is able to transmit the signal to a robotic arm, an operator etc. A poorly manufactured piece hasnotany chance toget to clients and can be repaired immediately.
