Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s lead has narrowed significantly in a potential second-round runoff against opposition Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, according to a new AtlasIntel/Bloomberg poll. In a head-to-head runoff scenario, Lula holds 47.1% of voter support compared to 42.6% for Flávio Bolsonaro, the son of former President Jair Bolsonaro. The current survey reflects a tightening race compared to July, where Lula led with 49.2% against Bolsonaro's 42.9%.
