Brockton Public Schools Superintendent Michael Thomas and Bilingual Education Director Kellie Jones describe their outreach strategy of providing multilingual staff with district cell phones in order to support family communication. They describe how the phones, which were in place long before, COVID, proved to be invaluable during the pandemic.
