In this excellent episode, Dan Holiday goes undercover and underground to become a sandhog, a tunnel digger, and solves a murder. Contractor Douglas Macintosh stated in his letter to Box 13 that he dares not go to the police for help and requests that Holiday come to his office in the Security Building for an explanation. Macintosh, who has won a bid to build a new tunnel under an LA area river, says it now looks like the job is not going to be finished on time. He suspects someone is out to fully sabotage his enterprise.
