A friction fire demonstration using four different bow drill kits made with five different types of wood; cottonwood, white cedar, paper birch, willow and wild grapevine. It is a good idea to practice blowing a coal into a flame. To start the video Jeep uses a Fresnel lens to light tinder fungus and blow the tinder fungus coal into a flame using naturally collected materials.
