I've been trying to get my Voracidous kill for a while now. He is without a doubt the hardest of the invincibles for me, but he's also the last one I need in my quest for soloing all the OP8 raid bosses as Axton. Killing him will definitely be as satisfying as finishing Challenge 6 on Vanquish was for me.
I figured I would make a video displaying my strategy for the fight in the hopes that other people might be able to offer me suggestions or constructive criticism. Maybe I'm missing a good tactic or weapon that would help me to better fight him, so that's why I wanted to get some other opinions about the fight.
My ultimate goal for this boss is to defeat him without using any Bee Hawk, BAR, Shamfleet or Moxxi. I play on the 360, so I believe the weakened shield bug is not present on this platform.
Even if you play another class but think there is something I could try, I would still like to hear from you. I'm taking baby steps forward, but I seem to be making progress. I'll get him eventually!
