During the Rugby World Cup in September 2023, I visited Bordeaux and enjoyed watching the busy trams running around the riverfront and past the Miroir d'eau near the Place de la Bourse, and the iconic Pont de Pierre bridge! The lack of overhead catenary wires enhanced the look of the trams and the surrounding areas! Hopefully more trams and light rail systems will be built without overhead wires, relying on batteries and the ground power!
Oh, that spot on the screen, is a speck of dust in my camera, which was very annoying. I have since gone to Apple to have the camera unit replaced.

This monorail is made my Siemens and one other like it exists at the Düsseldorf Airport.
