I don't care about the name changes or the delays, the game looks (and sounds) so charming and I have so much faith in the dev team that I think they should take all the time they need, it's gonna be great. I'm pretty sure there was an extension of this theme already, but these days I've been looking for it because I wanted to listen to it while studying and couldn't find it, so here ya go. I know this ain't Boom Town in the video, but couldn't find any fitting screenshot and I thought the night sky would look nice. Enjoy!

Trying to keep it as vague and spoiler-free as possible since the game isnt even out in the Americas yet (EDIT: welp its been almost 2 years I think thats enough time). Didnt expect a theme like this one for the final stage, it gets really intense, sounds like the final dungeon or boss from an RPG, I like it.

POV: youve just perfected Double Date but kept watching because you really wanted to know what happened to A Boy and His Crush (based NoA)...well here it is lol.
Its said that sometimes a glaze can stop the time and freeze the world (no JoJo reference), especially so if its the person you like...but in the case of this couple its exaggerated. If you make it long enough in the video it will be nightime and theyre still looking each other...a-are those weasels alright?
Also 4 is a pretty fitting number for this minigame, its a double date after all, so maybe some random thing will happen every 4 minutes...or maybe not. Haha I dont really know.
Several people asked me to extend this one in the practice theme recopilation, and I cant blame them because its really cute and soaring...but Id lie if Id say that I did it only because of them cause I was already planning it lel, I love it too much. AND ISNT THAT WHAT THIS GAME IS ALL ABOUT? LOVE!? ...well that and kicking balls.

Now you can see in glorious HD how messed up is the rhythm of this song when it goes offbeat c: . Poor stepswitcher over here is getting seizures for 30 mins (?).
What can I say about Lockstep that others and myself havent said already before? Really great minigame, and one of the best in the series in concept alone. Its possibly one of the most effective ways to teach someone about offbeats. Lockstep is like riding a bike, once you truly understand how it works its really awesome, you can just enjoy it mindlessly and have fun...unless its Lockstep Lockdown. Then its like riding a bike with a pushpin on the seat.
