The Bookshop Band write songs about books and perform them in bookshops. They have produced 13 albums to date and have written for authors including Margaret Atwood, Philip Pullman and Robert Macfarlane. They moved to Wigtown after playing a gig in one of the town’s shops. thebookshopband.co.uk
