As spring ends and summer approaches, I wanted to give an update on some of the trees collected this year. The videos for individual trees can be found below. Bonus: two of my collected privets from previous years are also here!
Excellent growth of branches has occurred. This can be attributed to proper care, well-draining soil, fertilizer, and good old fashioned sunshine. I'm happy to see these trees thriving. From here, we'll continue our care regiment through the summer, slowing down the feeding, and preparing trees for dormancy. A late summer/early fall video update will follow.
